​Following the news of Humphrey Ker stepping down from the board, Mickey sent a touching personal message thanking him for everything he’s done for Wrexham AFC, as well as the unwavering friendship and support shown to him and Sir Joey Jones ♥️🤍

​It speaks volumes about Humphrey's character that he didn't just help rebuild our football club on the pitch—he threw his arms around our legends and made sure the beating heart and history of this town were cherished every step of the way 🙌

What would your starting 11 from this group look like?

The 1️⃣1️⃣ we’d go with: Morris, Hardy, Barry Jones, Sertori, Humes, Lake, Owen, Cross, Connolly, Watkin, Psycho.

Bench: Paskin, Brammer, Taylor.

​In everything Humphrey Ker has done for our football club, he just 100% got it. He understood our town, our culture, and the emotional roller coaster of following this team better than anyone could have ever hoped for ⚽

​His quote—"Sometimes the journey is more fun than the destination"—hits so close to home. While we all dream of where this club can go, it’s the wild rides, the away days, and the unforgettable moments along the way that define us.

While it’s gutting that he won't be officially part of the board for the next steps, the mark he left on this club is permanent 💪
