Field Notes June : Summer is such a short and beautiful season, laced with possibilities and opportunities, and it is so tempting to fill it with activity. Holiday preparations , social planning and generally saying yes to more. Is it any wonder we can begin to feel lacking in energy, more stretched and more stressed?
