💚💛 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR ADULT SECTION! 💚💛
What an achievement for the adult section of Blackrock Camogie Club, reaching two finals in the space of a week! 👏
This didn’t happen by chance. It is a reflection of the dedication, commitment and hard work of the entire squad, both on and off the pitch, along with the management team who give so much of their time and effort to help the players achieve their best.
Today, our Junior team took to the pitch in Castle Road where they met Cloughduv for the second time this year. Beautiful sunshine brought young and old out to support these hard working players. The scoreline tells one story, and while we didn’t bring home the silverware, those at the match saw a much better story, where strength, heart and determination pushed every player to leave it all on the pitch.
It was fantastic to see our experienced players lead the younger ones and newer members fighting just as hard as those born wearing green & gold!
You are all a credit to all the players who have worn the Blackrock jersey before you. Just as importantly, you are an inspiration to the younger players coming through the ranks, showing them what can be achieved through dedication, perseverance and a love for the game.
You have given the club so much to be proud of. Enjoy every minute of these special occasions, here’s to all of you continuing to represent Blackrock with the pride and passion you have shown all year.
