U12 Division 5 – Cork Schoolboys League
Ringmahon A secured promotion to Division 4 after a hard-fought 3-2 victory over a resilient Leeds A side. Ringmahon started brightly, with Darragh in goal behind a strong defensive unit of Raf, Paudi and Beau. Kyle and Pavlo controlled midfield, while Rueben and Darragh provided width and Jake led the line superbly.

Rueben opened the scoring after 10 minutes before Jake doubled the lead five minutes later following excellent build-up play. Leeds responded with two long-range strikes to level the match at 2-2 by half-time.

After the break, Ringmahon showed great character, winning second balls and moving possession with purpose. Substitutes Alex and Adam made valuable contributions, working tirelessly for the team. The winning goal arrived from a clever short corner as Rueben found Darragh, whose effort took a deflection on its way into the net.

Ringmahon defended bravely during a tense finish to secure a memorable victory and seal promotion to Division 4. The team now sits top of the league by one point with two games remaining.

Goalscorers: Rueben, Jake, Darragh
Final Score: Leeds A 2–3 Ringmahon A

Promotion Secured ❤️🖤⚽
