A Cregagh CC member since the late 1980s, Billy has embraced his role as a Smash It activator this year, helping the programme grow from just 8 children to 25. His energy, enthusiasm and genuine care for the kids are helping create something even more important – a lasting love for cricket.

Congratulations to Lynn Walsh from Eglinton Cricket Club on being recognised as Grassroots Cricket Coach for August 🌟

For the past two years, Lynn has been at the heart of Eglinton's Friday night youth sessions, helping grow them from a handful of children to 30–40 every week. Her focus on making every child feel included, confident and excited to play has helped build something much bigger – a thriving cricket community for children and families across the village.
