Hi everyone,

As we start the 2026/27 season and our second year at SPORTSCO, a quick update on where we’re going as a club.

First, a big thank you to everyone who stayed with Belvedere through the move and supported the club over the past year. Thanks also to Teddy for guiding the club through a difficult period of change as President, and to Kate and Alex for their invaluable help in getting us established in our new home.

After a year of consolidation, our focus now turns to growth. We want to build a vibrant squash community in the heart of Dublin 4 — with more regular play, stronger league teams, better club nights, more competition and a welcoming club for new and returning players.

You’ll see some changes over the coming weeks in how we present and promote the club, and we’d love everyone to get involved — play, bring someone new along, support an event, spread the word or help us with some of the work. If you’d like to get more directly involved, just give me or Dan a shout.

This is your club. The more people who get involved, the stronger Belvedere will be.

Looking forward to a great season ahead at SPORTSCO.

A nice afternoon at our team tournament.
It was great to play alongside teammates, meet members from across the club, and enjoy the mix of different playing levels throughout the event.
Congratulations to Derryck and Peter for finishing as the winners. 🏆
We rounded off the day with a pint at the pub and some good conversation. 🍻

Well done to our Division 4/5 team - runners-up in the Leinster League Cup Finals for the 25/26 season. Tough games against LCC, but a fantastic effort all around!

Our signature Handicap Tournament, running continuously since 1962, took place once again over the Christmas and New Year holidays delivering some great squash and closely fought contests across all sections.

We’re inviting players of all levels to take part in Ireland’s only event of its kind - the Belvedere Sportsco Senior Handicap Tournament, running 27 Dec - 3 Jan.
Enjoy a fun, competitive format with handicaps in hands and/or points, cash prizes, and minimum two matches. No play on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

We’ve just wrapped up an amazing Club Championship Finals Day, full of energy, great squash, and fantastic sportsmanship.
