Today marks the end of the our ever successful New To Tri programme where our athletes got to put all they’ve learned over the last 10 weeks in to practice at our graduation event!

As the dust has settled on the weekend racing and the final round of the Duathlon National series has come to a close, we want to say thank you to all athletes, volunteers & supporters!
The sold-out Phoenix Park Duathlon brought together 350 athletes battling it out for National Series titles 🔥
We also welcomed plenty of first-timers—hope to see you all back next year! 🙌 Plus, an exciting round of the Intervarsity Championships kept the competition fierce from start to finish. 🏃♂️🚴♀️

📍Course Details 📍
Run 1: 5km flat tarmac run around the Fifteen Acres pitches in the Phoenix Park. You will run 2 laps of 2.5km.
Bike: 21.3km on fully closed roads. You will cycle 3 laps of a 7.1km route.
Run 2: 2.5km on flat tarmac. You will run 1 lap of the Fifteen Acres Pitches (the same loop as Run 1, once)
