Capital Strength's head weightlifting coach Harry Leech has been Irish team coach at more European & World Championships than any other Irish coach in the past decade. Harry has coached athletes from beginner level right the way through to international championships and has been coaching at international competitions since 2005. Coaching and treatment is also available from Alexandria Craig, former professional acrobat and currently top ranked female weightlifter in Irish history, National Champion and record holder. Alex is a certified Weightlifting Coach and Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist with a passion for movement, and incorporates both elements into her coaching approach, able to screen and treat movement or mobility issues before they become problems. Alex was the first Irish woman to qualify for and compete at the European Weightlifting Championships and won gold at the 2014 Women's International Grand Prix in Germany.
