A 30kg Goblet Squat is not much heavier than an empty barbell squat(20kg). Before you have a go at a barbell front/Back squat try master the goblet squat then you progress on to the barbell and your squatting Tekkerz will have improvedπβπ

Do your feet cause pain after a long day in work or a hard training session ?? .
Try rolling your plantar fasica(bottom of the foot) before and after training, especially on 'Leg days', before deadlifting or just a long running session. Use a Lacrosse ball or any ball you can find! .
Spend Roughly 60secs on each foot concentrating on the trigger points untill they start to free up! This can also improve ankle mobility so give it a try πͺπ
Working on my Squatπͺπ 5x3 100kg Banded Squats, Going to start working with bands a lot more to improve speed and power on lifts ,Bands are effective because they make the weight get proportionally heavier throughout the range of motion. In other words, the band pulls the weight toward the floor πbands help you learn how to accelerate and increase explosiveness.π₯πͺ
Final Bench Press 110kg, This is a pause Rep Pb for me so fairly happy with this liftππͺ

So after my First Powerlifting competition I got 2nd Place in the Junior Catagory in my weight class πππ Happy enough with how my lifts went, looking forward to competing again and making improvementsπͺπͺ
Last heavy day on deadlifts untill the compπͺ Block pulls 200kg for a single off 3 inch blocks I think π stickyy at the top as usualπ Animal Barbell is by far my favourite gymππͺ Feeling good looking forward to the comp now to see what numbers I will hit on the day !!

So I have just enterd my first Powerlifting competition in the I.D.F.P.A which will be held in Ardee Co. Louth in 3 weeks!!πππ I will be competing in the under 67.5kg category. looking forward to really testing myself in the 3 Big lifts Bench, Squat and Deadlift πͺ
