14 intermediates promoted to the Advanced/Fighters Class!

A huge congratulations to everyone who earned their promotion💪

Moving up from the intermediate level takes plenty of hard work and commitment. To move up, we expect people to show consistent attendance, the right attitude, discipline, fitness, technical ability, and a willingness to keep learning and improving. All 14 have demonstrated these qualities and shown they’re ready to take this next step 👊

They’ll now be joining the Advanced/Fighters Classes, training alongside professional fighters and continuing to develop in a more demanding environment.

Great results for us again on Saturday at Deliverance

Cormac in the co main event got the win against the very tough and tricky Dean Graham from Langka MT.

Tadhg with the masterclass unanimous decision 🧹

Then earlier on the night we had Sean taking a fight on late notice getting the a draw.

Back at it tonight at 7pm 🥊
