We teach kids, pro fighters and everything in between. Pankration is a safe but challenging environment for you or your child to learn mma and fitness.
Amazing lady that I had the pleasure to meet. She is extremely deserving of every opportunity she has earned. She isn’t just a role model for young girls she is for every person! To chase a dream and never stop till you get it.
All classes will return to normal winter times going forward from Monday the 7th December
Evening Kids classes at Monday and Wednesday 6.55 reopened to all students attending those time please attend going forward.
Evening kids Tuesday and Thursday Black Belt class at 7. Reopened to those students
Adults Evening advanced classes Mondays and Wednesdays reopen at 8.00
Adults Evening Beginners Tuesday and Thursday reopen at 8 going forward. See you all next week.

Closed Today for the Bank Holiday, back tomorrow as normal for classes through the week. Any students from Mondays classes can attend extra class this week. Well done to all in our Kids program who passed another Monthly Grading. Hard work always pays off
