We use no head shots sparring encourage combos and counters. This lets students get comfortable under fire and not build up bad habits like flinching or overreacting to attacks.

A massive thank you to every parent and student that is donating to the Halloween Raffle to help my cat rescue. We have four amazing prizes to be won and one week left. Every ticket really helps, in two weeks I go to a location with 23 cats and kittens. I plan to neuter and rehome as many as possible. The money from the draw will go straight to help them and pay the very big vet bill to do this. Tickets can be gotten in the gym or online just PM me.

The idea of the belt on the ground is to improve circling defence and footwork which is extremely important to learn from a young age. We have limited spots in our Little Ninjas classes from 4yrs upwards. PM our page for more information.

All classes are kept small in numbers with two coaches at all times, that way every child on our mats gets our full attention.

We have a grading/ tagging system that teaches each child Hard work, fitness, discipline, confidence and a strong belief in themselves with the right set of challenges in each class. The reward is success in themselves.
As a coach of this system over the last twenty years, I’ve seen my Little Ninjas grow up into fantastic adults that are in control and achieving their goals through our teaching system.
