After laying the foundation with Corporate Etiquette & Workplace Discipline, it was time for the next phase of the intervention, a crucial topic— 𝐃𝐄𝐈 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

Interestingly, the earlier batch who had already experienced my sessions on corporate Etiquette & Workplace Discipline had shared their feedback that had quietly set expectations.

Walking into a room of participants who were eagerly awaiting the session brought with it a sense of happiness — and also a gentle responsibility to live up to the trust already built.

Once the outer behaviours were addressed, the focus naturally moved inward —

Assertive Communication, Effective Feedback, and Time Management.

Participants recognised and acknowledged the relevance of these skills and expressed interest in deeper, focused training on specific areas -  𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
