Throwback Tuesday 🏆🥋

A younger version of me with my 2nd place trophy from the under 18 lightweight black belt sparring at the Kenpo European Championships in Ireland 2004. Still one of the bigger pieces on the shelf. 🔥💪📸

Proud moment! 🥋

Huge congratulations to my six amazing cadets who all passed their next level of cadet brown belt tonight. Every single one of them showed incredible talent, focus, and commitment, they worked hard for this and it really showed 📈💪

Watching these young martial artists grow in American Kenpo is one of the best parts of what I do. Well done to all of you!

A huge congratulations to everyone who has worked hard and earned their new belts! 🎉👏 You should all be incredibly proud of your progress, dedication and effort. 🥋💪

And we’re not stopping there… over the next few weeks, we’ll be working towards those advanced belts and taking our training to the next level! 🔥👊

Keep training, keep learning and keep pushing yourselves! 💯🥋

Hi all,

Sorry class will be cancelled tonight due to the Battle of Britain. Traffic is grid locked in town.

Sorry all. Back to normal next week 🤞👍💪

Anyone whoever met the infamous Richard Matthews I urge you all to give to this charity.

Courtney Matthews is stepping into a Muay Thai ring for Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Her dad who was a 9th degree Kenpo black belt died from the disease last year. He backed every challenge she took on. This fight is for him, and for other families going through the same thing.

Any donation helps.
