Aviaserve Ltd is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee airside and landside operations, and ensure full compliance with aviation ground handling safety regulations, ISO standards, local environment, carrier and company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Recognized EHS qualifications
Experience in airport/aviation operations
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments & safety training
Hold a valid Driving License (Maltese, EU, or UAE License)

The Role includes (but not limited to):

Monitoring airside and landside safety compliance
Promoting a strong safety culture
Preparing and carrying out risk assessments
Conducting inspections and internal audits
Managing incident reporting and corrective actions
Supporting operational teams on all H&S matters
Delivering Occupational Health & Safety training to employees.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of carrier operations manuals, airport Safety Management Systems (SMS), and internal safety documentation.


This is a full-time on-site role requiring flexibility during operational peaks and eligibility for airport security clearance.
