The role includes checking travel documents, issuing boarding passes and baggage tags, processing luggage and providing passengers with clear information and assistance.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous customer service, hospitality or airport experience will be considered an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is required.

Aviaserve is looking for a Ramp Coach Driver to transport passengers, crew and staff safely between the airport terminal and aircraft stands.

Alongside driving, the role includes vehicle inspections, helping direct passengers and coordinating with airport operations teams to keep transfers running smoothly.

Applicants must hold a valid Category D driving licence from Malta, the EU or the UAE and have strong written and spoken English. Maltese will be considered an asset.

The role follows a six-days-on, four-days-off shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.

You will operate airside vehicles and equipment, help prepare equipment for flights and ensure baggage and cargo reach the correct locations securely and on time.

The role involves outdoor work and a roster that includes weekends and public holidays. Applicants must hold a valid Maltese work permit and have strong written and spoken English and Maltese. A valid Maltese, EU or UAE driving licence will be considered an asset.

💳 Supporting accounts receivable and customer reconciliations
🏦 Completing bank reconciliations and recording transactions
📚 Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
📅 Assisting with month-end and year-end activities
