WHAT IS THE DEADLY BARBELL?

A fun, structured strength challenge where you have 60 minutes to build up to a 2-rep max in six classic lifts:

Sn**ch
Clean & Jerk
Deadlift
Strict Press
Squat
Bench Press

You load your own bar, plan your attempts, and manage your time β€” making it just as much about strategy as strength.

You’ll earn two scores:
β€’ Total Score: the sum of your six lifts
β€’ Relative Score: your total adjusted to bodyweight

That means everyone has a fair shot, whether you’re newer to lifting or more experienced.
