CFC Club Ball Award - Carter Smith

This prestigious award recognises not just talent, but the embodiment of our club’s core values — PRIDE: Passion, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, and Empathy.

Carter is a phenomenal player; so much so that for years played two years above his age.
He has represented Canterbury in both league and touch and we can’t wait to see where his talent takes him in the rugby world.

Not only is it Carters talent on the field but it is his humbleness off the field and his ability to engage with everyone in his team, alongside his loyalty to CFC over his junior years that contributed to him winning this award.
Carter is a player that could have gone to many different clubs over the years but stayed loyal to his red and black roots.
