Hey team, we are hosting September’s Club night as a fundraiser for Blue September, which raises funds for prostate cancer research. We will have 2x speakers with Mike Ashton & Mike Tubbs along with a doctor to speak on men’s health. Please either donate to the fundraiser on link below or bring cash on the night! Good luck to everyone competing at Rally Taumarunui next weekend! Looks like some really cool stages, get along to watch too as there are some amazing cars entered.

The Motorsport Club is holding its annual Volunteer Open Day on Saturday 15 August 2026 at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park, and we'd love to extend an invitation to Hamilton Car Club members to attend.

The day runs alongside the BMW Race Driver Series Scholarship Day, giving attendees the opportunity to experience the excitement of live on-track activity while learning how each volunteer role contributes behind the scenes.

Throughout the day, visitors will be able to explore the different volunteer stations, meet experienced officials, ask questions, and gain hands-on insight into a variety of roles without the time pressures of a race meeting.
