We are ready for a our low impact Zumba class
Zumba with Paola B
I’m a certified Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba instructor with a passion for sharing the joy of my Latina music.
This class is designed for beginners, intermediate and seniors(low impact)
Today I dance not because everything is perfect, but because dancing reminds me that brighter days are ahead.
Sometimes our souls feel heavy, our hearts feel sad, and life challenges us in ways that others cannot see. Yet every step, every beat, and every smile is a small act of courage.
So tonight, I will dance through the sadness, shake off the worries, and let the music heal my spirit.
The dance floor is not just a place to move my body—it's a place to reconnect with joy, strength, and hope.
Thank you for your enthusiasm, beautiful women! Your energy, dedication, and smiles make every class a special celebration of movement, health, and friendship.
Remember, every Wednesday at 5:30 PM, we come together to dance, laugh, and feel stronger at True Woman's Gym, Hamilton East. No matter your age, fitness level, or dance experience, there is a place for you in our Zumba family.
Come and discover how a single class can brighten your day, boost your confidence, and fill your heart with joy. Life is better when we move together!
Join us this Wednesday and let's keep dancing our way to a healthier, happier life. 💃
¡Gracias, Nicky Nicole! 🎶❤️
I love my staff! Not only are they amazing at the work they do, but they are also bravely practicing their Español. Every day the laboratory sounds a little more like Latin America, with enthusiastic “¡Hola!”, “¿Cómo estás?” and the occasional creative pronunciation that makes us all smile. 😄
The excitement level is even higher today because tomorrow is Friday. The productivity is still there, but so is the countdown! You can almost hear people working while secretly dancing to Nicky Nicole songs and dreaming about the weekend. 💃🎉
A great team is not just about working hard together—it's about learning, laughing, supporting each other, and celebrating the small joys along the way. Keep shining, team. ¡Muy bien! Friday is calling, and you've earned it! 🇵🇪🇳🇿 🇺🇲
Gracias, mi querida maestra de maestras, Maria Teresa Stone.
Thank you, dear Maria Teresa, for your guidance, training, wisdom, and constant encouragement. Your passion for teaching inspires everyone around you to grow, learn, and believe in themselves.
A great teacher does more than share knowledge—she helps others discover their potential and gives them the confidence to shine. Your suggestions, support, and dedication have made a positive difference in so many lives.
Thank you for being an inspiration and a beautiful example of excellence. Your legacy is not only measured by what you teach, but by the countless people you have empowered along the way.
The best teachers don't just teach lessons; they inspire dreams, build confidence, and leave footprints on the hearts of their students forever.
Thank you for coming team🥰🥰🥰
As doctors, we may never receive the fame of singers, actors, or politicians, but every day we quietly make a difference in people's lives. We work behind the scenes, helping, healing, comforting, and fighting disease. In many ways, we are little heroes in the shadows.
Today, I would like to pay tribute to Dr. Richard Scolyer, an extraordinary Australasian pathologist, researcher, and pioneer in melanoma research. Melanoma is a devastating skin cancer that claims thousands of lives every year, particularly in Australia and New Zealand. Through his dedication, research, and leadership, countless patients have benefited from advances in diagnosis and treatment. He was also one of the authors of the WHO Skin Pathology Classification, leaving a legacy that will continue to guide doctors and save lives for generations to come.
Despite dedicating his life to fighting cancer, Dr. Scolyer faced his own battle against an
aggressive brain tumour. His courage, resilience, and commitment to science inspired the medical community around the world.
Sometimes, we struggle to understand God's plans and the reasons behind life's hardest challenges. Yet, we are reminded that every one of us walks the same path eventually. What truly matters is the impact we leave behind, the lives we touch, and the kindness we share along the way.
Today, I am grateful for people like Dr. Scolyer, whose work has saved countless lives and whose legacy will continue to inspire future generations of doctors, scientists, and researchers.
Rest in peace, Dr. Richard Scolyer. Thank you for your service, your courage, and your extraordinary contribution to humanity.
