Everyone at the gym is working on something … rope climbs, the perfect push up, a better squat … the list is never ending which is exactly what keeps everyone’s interest. We understand that as a “newbie” it might be easy for you to feel intimidated. Please try not to be. Another term done, and I couldn’t be prouder of this crew. Watching them learn and challenge themselves and having fun along the way is pretty cool.
