2026 schedule up!! Hope everyone had a great holiday and ready to get back to training. Seniors start back both Mondays and Wednesdays from 12th Jan with an earlier start of 7pm while juniors are still on holiday . Let’s have a great year again team!!!

REMINDER - 2025 END OF YEAR CELEBRATION - TONIGHT

Henkada judoka & families - please join us for a prizegiving and bbq / shared dinner to celebrate the 2025 season, tonight Monday 15th December 2025. Usual start times for Peewees and Juniors. No seniors training. Bring you gi for photos and a plate of good to share, see you there. 🥋

Senior players - National training camp is coming up 22nd - 25th Jan. Registrations close Dec 20th. If you’re interested have a chat with coaches to see if you qualify for registration.

Another stella season mate, you are going from strength to strength and were so proud of the season you’ve had

Also competing Nick, Theo with Henkada heart - maybe not your time this time but I’ve learned the saying this season “A loss is a lesson”. Keep your heads up and keep persuing your goals.

As for Ari, our number #1 cheerleader, the lesson is to lay off lunchtime league with school mates in the lead up to Nats so you can make it without broken bones next time 😆
