This verse comes from David’s last Psalm. It serves as his final, grand declaration of God's character. Throughout the Psalm David recounts who he knows God to be and shares His way. The Psalm reminds us of all the reasons we have to praise Him.
Ballet 2 have created a beautiful dance to the song to What an awesome God, by Phil Wickham that celebrates His Way.

I love this verse.
The people of Israel had gathered in Jerusalem to hear Ezra read the Book of the Law. Hearing the words made the people cry because they realized how far they had strayed from God. Nehemiah, Ezra, and the Levites told them to stop weeping. They explained that the holy day called for celebration, sharing food, and finding strength in God's joy rather than sorrow.
His way is for us to lean on Him and His redemption and to find joy in it.
Amen

Acro 5 are dancing to world on fire by For King and Country. This verse encourages us to let the light that God has blessed us with, shine brightly. We have one chance at life and we shouldn’t spend any of it trying to up what God has created in us.
Let your light shine bright.

A stunning start to our week.
This week we are looking at the verse that goes with acro 3’s dance, Left it in the River by Katie Nichole.
This is all about being united with Jesus through faith. We get to become a New Creation when we accept Jesus into our lives. We are offered a spiritual rebirth and a fresh start given by God. The Old is Gone: The former way of living and guilt of sin are washed away.
His way is the best way.
Amen

As we prepare for our performance on the 19th of September we will be looking into the meaning of our dances.
This week we look at Acro 1’s song Up and Up by Colton Dixon. The rock in this verse, Psalm 40:2, represents God Himself. Unlike the shifting, dangerous mud, the rock is solid, immovable, and eternal. It symbolizes safety, protection, and a secure foundation. That’s His Way.
