🏂 5 THINGS THAT HELPED ME BACKSIDE BOARDSLIDE

Got your BS boardslide but want to make it cleaner? Here’s a few things to focus on 👇

1️⃣ Approach - ride in with control at a comfortable speed & relax

2️⃣ Lock in - After popping, bring your lead foot back, over the feature. Land flat & let the base slide

3️⃣ Stay stacked - keep your weight centred over your front foot and the feature. Don’t sit back!

4️⃣ Counter-rotate - huge for locking in. Keep your upper body parallel to the rail, lower body is perpendicular & working against your board to help hold that boardslide position.

5️⃣ Ride it out - Look at the end of the feature. Ride it out, pop off, unwind and land back into your normal stance.

Start small, get comfortable & then send it 🤝
