A lovely Christmas dinner and a great chance to enjoy each other’s company off the green 🎄. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such an enjoyable occasion.

Khandallah Bowling Club is Bowls Wellington Club of the Year!

Fantastic evening and our first Wellington Seamarket Fish and Chips Friday Gala. The weather might have been cool but the games, camaraderie and the food certainly was not!

This wonderful photo taken at the Khandallah Bowling Club in the 1950s has recently been given to the club by Jim Galloway's daughter.

It provides an interesting contrast to the way we (the women in particular) dress and watch today. The recent photo was taken at a Gala in 2024. I think the recent groups looks a lot more comfortable ...

The Khandallah Bowling Club members have been out and about recently! A washout in Tawa this week didn’t dampen the camaraderie, and our current and past members put on a stellar performance at the Crowe Triples in Picton and Blenheim—winning 7 out of 9 games! 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺!

𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘀 – 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗻!
WOW, hasn’t the weather been amazing? We’re four weeks into Twilight Bowls, and as the sun sets the games heat up. The friendly competition is getting exciting.

New players are still welcome, and some who started on the first night are now racking up wins! Whether you’re here for the bowls, the banter, or just a great evening outdoors, there’s still time to join in.

Come along, soak up the sunset, and enjoy the good times on the green!

Last Thursday was another fantastic night on the greens! The organisers are on top of their game, the groups are looking great, and the socialising is being helped by the bar. Thanks to all the club members who are providing top-notch coaching to the newbies!

See you all this 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 for more fun, bowls, and good times! The weather is again looking good.
