Giving people with mild to severe disabilities the opportunity to train and compete on equal terms.

โ€œWhat makes Para-Equestrian so special is that a person with a physical disability can compete in an exciting and well respected sport as either a grass roots or elite athlete and develop and be judged on their abilities.โ€ For more information visit the Para Equestrian Section of the Equestrian Sport New Zealand Website: http://www.nzequestrian.org.nz/Article.aspx?ID=1866 or message the Sport Manager via this page to arrange a chat.

We, too, are deeply saddened at the news that the Woodhill Sands facility is required to cease activities with immediate effect. Woodhill Sands is a key venue for many of the shows on our calendar and we are extremely disappointed for the riders, and for the officials, the volunteers and the supporters who work so tirelessly to bring these events to our community. We will be doing everything we can to work with the Woodhill Sands Trust to support the restoration of activities across our disciplines, and for the many others who rely heavily on this outstanding venue to enjoy their sport.
