After a short winter pause, we are stoked to announce that Monday morning classes are back!
We are lucky enough to have Kim Hewson joining the Wildling team and the first port of call is to bring back Mondays!
If you haven’t met Kim already, she is a very experienced local instructor, and all-round epic human looking forward to joining the Wildling team. Stay tuned for information to come about Kim and the classes she will be taking.
In the meantime, we are beyond excited to have two regular open level classes kicking back off this Monday the 10th of August at:
8.15am & 9.15am
Whether you’re rebuilding routine, maintaining strength, or simply craving that Monday reset, we’d love to welcome you back into the studio.

Thank you so much for this, Samantha! 💚
This is exactly the kind of studio we want Wildling to be. A place where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for every time you walk in.
Knowing that the little things, the check ins, the adjustments, the laughs, are noticed and valued means everything to us.
That's what keeps us showing up every day.

One of the most common things people tell us is that reformer feels different to anything else they've tried. Kinder. More supported.
That's not by accident. 😉
The spring resistance challenge your muscles without overloading your joints. The focus on alignment means poor movement patterns get corrected rather than repeated session after session.
It's why reformer is regularly prescribed by physiotherapists for people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or working around joint replacements. It is also why we have offer a carefully curated Foundation class: Joint replacement friendly, injury friendly and perfect for supporting aging well.
Your muscles get stronger. Your joints stay healthier. And that combination adds up to increased strength and mobility over time.

As winter settles in and many of you chase warmer days or snowy adventures, our team has been doing the same. With Lauren soaking up the sun in Thailand, Gen getting some well-deserved R&R, and Ashlee at a conference for her day job it means we’re a little stretched this week. So we’re grateful to have local instructor Kim Hewson stepping in.
Kim will be taking Wednesday 6.15pm and Thursday 5.15pm & 6.15pm classes this week— and we know you’ll be in steady, experienced hands.
Friday classes won’t run this week, but we’ll be back to our usual rhythm next week.

Infrared sauna and cold plunge are both powerful on their own. But together they become something really special called contrast therapy.
🔥❄ Contrast therapy alternates between heat and cold. Warmth opens blood vessels and relaxes muscles, while cold constricts them, creating a vascular pump effect. Together this cycle decreases inflammation, improves cardiovascular function, supports circulation and recovery, and leaves you feeling clearer, calmer, and more energised. The result is a balanced, restorative experience that supports performance, longevity, and overall wellbeing.
And if you're not quite ready for the full cold plunge yet, that's completely fine. The winter air as you step out of the sauna already starts working in your favour, and there's a shower available too. You can build up to it at your own pace.
Ready to experience it for yourself?
