What an incredible weekend of competition!

As part of the 50th Golden Anniversary Celebration of Philippine Taekwondo, the tournament brought together the country's elite collegiate, junior, and grade school jins, competing for national glory.

Our BRT Warriors stepped onto the mat against top-caliber athletes from leading universities and schools from across the Philippines, competing in one of the country's largest and most competitive inter-school Taekwondo tournaments.

🎉 BRT Coaches' 4th Year Summer Outing 2026

After the successful BRT 4th Year Anniversary and Team Building, it was time for our hardworking coaches to enjoy a well-deserved day of fun, adventure, and relaxation!

Last July 5, 2026, the BRT Coaching Team headed to Laresio Lakeside Resort & Spa for our annual summer outing. It was a day filled with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories as the coaches stepped out of the dojang and into a whole new set of challenges!

The coaches fearlessly took on some of Laresio's most thrilling attractions, including:

From conquering fears on the cliff dives to flying through the air on the Blob and Wrecking Ball, the coaches proved that their competitive spirit doesn't stop on the competition mats! Some were brave, some were hesitant at first, but in the end everyone embraced the challenge and created memories that will surely be talked about for years to come.

The outing was more than just fun and games—it was an opportunity for our coaches to strengthen friendships, build camaraderie, relieve stress, and celebrate the achievements of the past year together. As coaches, we spend countless hours training athletes, organizing events, and supporting our students. Days like these remind us of the importance of teamwork, trust, and enjoying the journey together.

There were plenty of laughs, friendly competitions, and unforgettable moments throughout the day. Whether it was hitting the water after a cliff jump, battling it out in volleyball and basketball, testing accuracy in archery, or simply cheering each other on, every activity brought the team closer together.

Most importantly, this outing reminded us that behind every successful athlete is a dedicated team of coaches who support one another like family.

🎉BRT 4th Year Anniversary & Team Building 2026

What an incredible day it was!

Last July 4, 2026, the entire Brix Ramos Taekwondo (BRT) Family gathered at Mount Sea Resort, Rosario, Cavite to celebrate our 4th Year Anniversary and Team Building. More than just a celebration, it was a day filled with laughter, friendship, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

From the students, parents, and coaches, everyone fully embraced the spirit of teamwork and friendly competition. The students participated in games throughout the day, giving their best effort, cheering for their teammates, and enjoying every challenge. The parents were equally competitive, bringing energy, excitement, and plenty of laughs to every activity. Whether it was the kids or the parents, everyone brought their A-game while maintaining the true spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie.

The atmosphere felt like an actual tournament day. Parents were cheering loudly for their children, encouraging their teammates, and celebrating every small victory. The energy, excitement, and support from everyone truly showed what makes BRT special—not just as a Taekwondo team, but as a family.

Of course, the competition was intense! Every team wanted to win, and everyone gave their best effort. Yet despite the competitiveness, sportsmanship remained at the heart of every game. Win or lose, everyone respected one another, cheered for each other, and enjoyed the experience together.

After the games, everyone enjoyed the swimming activities, where students, parents, and coaches relaxed, bonded, and continued making memories together. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and friendships formed throughout the day reminded us why team building is so important.

Team building is more than just games—it strengthens trust, communication, unity, and camaraderie. It allows us to connect beyond the training mats, build stronger relationships between students, parents, and coaches, and create a positive environment where everyone feels supported. Events like this remind us that while medals and championships are important, the friendships, values, and bonds we build together are what truly make BRT special.

One of the most touching moments of the celebration came when the Batangas Coaches surprised Coach Brix Ramos with a special token of appreciation—a beautiful customized clock bearing the words "Breeding Champions" and "Brix Ramos Taekwondo."

Coach Brix was genuinely touched and overwhelmed by the surprise. It was a meaningful gesture that reflected the love, gratitude, and appreciation of the BRT family for his dedication, sacrifices, leadership, and commitment to developing champions both inside and outside the competition area.

To our students, parents, coaches and everyone who helped make this event possible—THANK YOU.

A huge congratulations to our very own AERIS AMELIE S. DAVID — a proud BRT Homegrown Athlete — for earning a FULL SCHOLARSHIP at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila!

Aeris started her Taekwondo journey with BRT in 2022, and in just a few years has transformed hard work, dedication, and perseverance into an incredible success story.

From being a young athlete learning the fundamentals of the sport to becoming a Palarong Pambansa Gold Medalist, and now a UST Full Scholar, Aeris has proven that dreams do come true when you trust the process and put in the work.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that throughout her journey, Aeris consistently challenged herself by competing against athletes from older divisions, including competitors up to the Grade 12 level. Instead of backing down from tougher competition, she embraced the challenge, gained valuable experience, and grew stronger with every match.

At Brix Ramos Taekwondo, we don't just build champions—we make dreams come true. This scholarship is a testament to what can happen when talent meets discipline, determination, and the right support system.
