A groundbreaking peer-reviewed study has documented that Bayer-Monsanto's Roundup Ready NK603 GMO corn, which was approved in 2000, contains worrying levels of toxins caused by the process of genetic engineering. A total of 117 proteins and 91 small molecule biochemicals (metabolites) were found to be significantly altered in NK603 corn by the genetic modification transformation process. The new analysis used cutting-edge molecular profiling methods. The results of the analysis showed disturbances in energy utilization and oxidative stress (damage to cells and tissues by reactive oxygen) in the GMO corn. There were also, in the words of one of the scientists, Dr. Antoniou, “worryingly large increases” in substances called polyamines, which are linked to the formation of carcinogens, increase the severity of allergic reactions and are likely linked to liver and kidney damage. GMO corn is not substantially equivalent to non-GMO corn. Our food is slowly poisoning us. Boycott GMOs.

In a complete betrayal of Americans across the country, President Donald Trump issued an Executive Order (EO) titled “Promoting the National Defense by Ensuring an Adequate Supply of Elemental Phosphorus and Glyphosate-Based Herbicides” on February 18, 2026.

Trump’s EO is yet another effort to protect Bayer-Monsanto and other foreign-owned pesticide manufacturers from legal accountability and to keep glyphosate-based Roundup on the market at the expense of the health of all Americans.

Throughout 2025, Trump opened the Revolving Door to stack the EPA and USDA with chemical and Big Ag lobbyists, who are currently gutting regulations that protect human health and approving new GMOs and toxic pesticides at an alarming rate.

In December of 2025, Trump instructed his DOJ solicitor general to submit a brief to the Supreme Court, urging the high court to hear and overturn a Roundup-cancer case that the corporation lost. A ruling in favor of Bayer could grant pesticide manufacturers immunity from accountability when their products cause harm.

Trump has bent over backwards to help Bayer. When you follow the money, you understand why. In 2025, Bayer spent $9.19 million lobbying Congress and federal agencies (EPA, USDA, DOJ, etc.) on pesticide regulation, litigation liability, agriculture policy, and chemical regulation, plus direct political campaign donations and advertising to influence lawmakers. Bayer also donated a total of $2 million directly to Trump’s inaugural funds.

This president, who campaigned on his commitment to “Make America Healthy Again” and to end the corporate capture of our regulatory agencies, continues to demonstrate through his outrageous actions that he doesn’t give a damn about the health of the citizens of this country. These are crimes against humanity and the planet we live on. The time to hold him to account is long overdue.

Groundbreaking New Study: For decades, the debate over glyphosate’s health effects has largely played out through epidemiology, animal models, and cell-culture experiments. What has been missing is direct evidence of the herbicide sitting inside the human organs where hormone-driven cancers actually develop. A new cross-sectional study out of Semmelweis University and the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, published in Toxicology Reports, closes part of that gap — and the findings are hard to ignore. The results mark a genuine first: this is among the earliest studies to detect and quantify glyphosate directly in human endometrial tissue. Two findings stand out. First, glyphosate concentrations in endometrial tissue were consistently and significantly higher than in blood serum, across every group studied — cancer patients and healthy controls alike. In other words, the womb appears to hold onto glyphosate at levels blood tests alone would never reveal. Second, when the researchers isolated patients with high-grade endometrial cancer — the most aggressive and dangerous form — both their serum and tissue glyphosate levels were significantly elevated compared with the control group. Patients with low-grade cancer or precancerous lesions did not show the same statistically significant elevation, suggesting the association strengthens with tumor severity.

BREAKING GREAT NEWS: Roundup-Cancer Case Allowed to Move Forward. Judge Jeff Harris denied Monsanto’s motion for summary judgment in Marvin Kent Shull’s Roundup-Cancer lawsuit, marking what may be the first ruling in the U.S. to test the scope of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Monsanto Company V. Durnell decision in June. Shull, a Missouri farmer, sued Monsanto alleging strict liability design defect, failure-to-warn, negligence, and fraud, arguing that 30 years of Roundup use caused his cancer. Monsanto sought summary judgment, claiming Shull’s amended petition was essentially a repackaged failure-to-warn claim and thus preempted due to the Supreme Court ruling. Judge Harris rejected Monsanto’s argument, noting that Durnell addressed only failure-to-warn claims and did not extend to design defect or negligence claims. The court found it would be an “unwarranted expansion” to apply the ruling to those theories, which were not before the Supreme Court. Judge Harris rejected Monsanto’s implied-preemption argument, allowed Shull to amend his petition to focus on design defect and negligence, and declined to strike his punitive damages claim, finding he had presented evidence that could support such damages.

Despite the entire Trump administration putting their weight behind supporting Bayer-Monsanto and the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Monsanto, there is still a path forward for Monsanto's victims. MAKE BAYER-MONSANTO PAY.

Earlier this week, OCA supporters added 20,000 signatures to the public comment period urging the USDA not to deregulate genetically modified organisms.

The comment period has now closed. But the fight isn’t over, and there is still time to act! Congress is considering legislation that would strip oversight from pesticide-producing GMOs entirely, including crops genetically engineered to kill insects by silencing their genes, a process called RNAi. Independent researchers have raised concerns that this gene-silencing mechanism doesn’t always stay on target and may trigger immune responses in humans, particularly in newborns and people with gut health issues.

Bayer-Monsanto’s RNAi SmartStax corn has been growing on U.S. farms since 2023. The EPA never required immune system studies or assessed inhalation exposure, even though corn pollen can travel up to half a mile on the wind. With 20 to 30 percent of the 86 million acres of GMO corn now carrying RNAi traits, this is already happening.

If Congress removes oversight entirely, there may be no way to track what follows.

The MAHA vote in 2024 was a cry for help. It was a demand for regenerative farming, for the removal of toxic chemicals, and for a government that feared parents more than it feared lobbyists.

Instead, the movement has been hijacked. The final MAHA policy drafts barely mention pesticides. The administration is asking the Supreme Court to shield Bayer using fraudulent science. And the ‘health’ movement is being used to entrench a system where regulatory agencies ignore 21st-century medicine to protect 20th-century profits.

I believed they were addressing one of the most important public health issues of our times. But that critical mission has been co-opted and corrupted by industrial forces far more powerful than the movement itself.”
