This 90-minute masterclass will take you beyond your regular Reformer practice through sophisticated sequencing, seamless transitions and dynamic, challenging movement. With a strong focus on control, technique and quality, you’ll experience Roz’s distinctive teaching style and explore new possibilities on the Reformer.

Designed for advanced participants and experienced Reformer practitioners with a strong and confident practice. This masterclass is not suitable for beginners.

You have an education in Mat Pilates and/or Barre, have teaching experience and feel confident guiding a group.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who share our belief in quality & community. And if you love teaching a flow with a little extra spice, you’ve found the right studio. 🌶️
