Optimistic or delusional? 🤔

​Either way, I’m choosing to stay delusionally optimistic.

​Not bc I believe all my dreams will just magically✨ come true, but bc it’s what has gotten me this far in the first place.

​My transformation from weighing 118kg to now started from a little delusion.

​Without it, I wouldn't have had the guts to finally hit the gym, and I would’ve given up when nothing seemed to be working.

​It’s also what keeps me going now that I’m trying to start my own business.

Cause what’s the point of life without little treats 🤷‍♀️

You wouldn’t get lean after eating one serving of salad🥗, and by that logic…

You can’t gain weight after eating one burger EITHER!

Don’t stress yourself out and get your treats, girls 🍪

One little treat won’t change anything, but your habits will! 🏃

Unfortunately there is no secret sauce 🥲

24hrs a day is not enough to fit in all my priorities.

So instead I just choose which one I want to focus on.

One thing I'm NEVER neglecting is gym AT LEAST 3x a week🏋️‍♀️💪

Everything else may be falling apart, but nothing can get in the way of me and gym 🤝

Reminder that it's normal for priorities to change every other week.

One week it'll be work, another week it'll be your social life, then the next is self-care.

I don’t think balance is always about giving everything equal attention.

Do what works for you and don't forget to save some time to reset and recharge🔋

Your wellbeing matters just as much 🤍

The first 5 minutes are the hardest part… 😭

It’s been a struggle getting back into my flow lately, especially with everything else going on.

The workout is the easy part imo. It’s literally leaving the house that takes all my willpower lol 🫠

I have to remind myself over and over that you can’t wait for motivation to show up.
You just have to be stronger than your excuses.

Once you’re through that door, the rest is easy ✨

I lowkey had a meltdown cause I poured coffee on my laptop and fried it 😭

I’ve been coding with a broken spacebar for MONTHS so maybe it was a sign from the universe to just get a new one..?

But… what if you’re actually winning? 🤔✨

I used to spend so much time looking for BIG results that I’d completely ignore the lil stuff that actually matters.

Even with 17 years of fitness under my belt, I STILL let my routine slip. 🫠

Being back home is probably the only reason I’m even hitting a bedtime and eating real food again 😩

Sometimes “winning” is just admitting you can’t do it all alone and leaning on a support system to get your routine back on track.

So if that’s you rn, I’m really fu**in' proud of you for showing up today. ✨
