Presenting our Post National Day Workout.
1 Day. 3 Sessions. Same Passion.

What started as a thought, a dream.. Through hardwork became a reality. TFG have grown to bring communities together through our various programmes. From our Strength & Mobility > Hyrox Stimulator > Football Technical.. Through these sessions we have built different communites; Mini Warriors (8-11yrs) > Youths (12-16) > Adults > Ladies.. All with one goal.

"To show up and be better than yesterday".

Thank you for allowing TFG to be a part of your journey!

🧠⚽ FOOTBALL IS A THINKING GAME.

It’s not just about whether you can pass, dribble or control the ball.

It’s knowing WHEN to pass. WHERE to move. WHEN to keep the ball. And WHEN to take the risk.

We want our young players to read what’s happening, recognise the space and make their own decisions — not wait for the coach to give them every answer.

Technique gives you options.
Game intelligence tells you which option to choose. 🧠🔥

That’s what we develop at TFG.

PLAY FAST. THINK FASTER. ⚡️
