🎉 Celebrating 2 Incredible Years of Our BFT Silvers Program! 💙

Two years ago, we started our BFT Silvers Program with one simple goal: to help our seniors move better, grow stronger, and build confidence through fitness.

Today, we’re celebrating so much more than just an anniversary. We’re celebrating friendships, resilience, laughter, and a community that continues to inspire us every single day.

To every Silver member who has shown up, encouraged one another, embraced new challenges, and proved that age is never a barrier to getting stronger—thank you. Your commitment and positivity are what make this program so special.

Watching so many of you become stronger, healthier, and more confident over these past two years has been an absolute privilege. You’ve reminded us that fitness isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about improving quality of life and creating meaningful connections.

Here’s to many more years of moving well, staying strong, and celebrating every milestone together. 💙

🏆⚽ PUG CUP 2026 – Our First Ever Futsal World Cup! ⚽🏆

With the World Cup spirit in the air, it’s time for PUG to crown our own champions! 🌎🔥

We’re looking for teams to represent each studio at the PUG CUP 5-a-side Futsal Tournament on 27 June 2026 at The Arena Woodleigh.

This isn’t about finding the best footballers—it’s about coming together, representing your studio, and having fun competing with the PUG community.

🌟 Future Ready in Action! 🌟

We had the pleasure of welcoming students from Loyang View Secondary School to BFT Geylang Bahru as part of the school Future Ready Program!

The students got a first-hand look into the fitness industry—from how to enter the field to what it takes to succeed. We explored the many roles beyond just being an athlete: coaching, physiotherapy, athlete training & development, and more.

To top it off, we wrapped up the session with Cardio U, where the students learned a few things about the cardio machines and got a feel of what a typical BFT session is like.

It was inspiring to see their curiosity and enthusiasm as we shared insights, stories, and guidance. We hope this experience helped them see that the fitness world is full of opportunities and that passion combined with knowledge can lead to meaningful careers.

Here’s to nurturing the next generation of fitness professionals!

Learn the movement mechanics, the key cues for perfect form, and the muscles you’re working:

✅ Hinge at the hips – push your hips back, keep a slight bend in the knees
✅ Keep your back neutral – avoid rounding, engage your core
✅ Lower with control – feel the stretch in your hamstrings
✅ Drive through your heels – return to standing, squeezing your glutes at the top

Muscles worked: Hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and the posterior chain.
