Exercising regularly may just be the solution. But if you never try, one never knows.
Never active, Teddy came in one day and kept to his weekly routine for the last 3-4 months. Doing workouts are hard but it paid off when he saw massive improvements in his health indicators and even physical appearance.
Don't be in denial. Just get started.

Identify weakness(es)
Best time to do it: After a workout that you could've done it as prescribed or faster.
Few questions to ask yourself.
1. What could have done better?
2. Why you couldnt do? Is it a strength, technique or conditioning problem?
3. What to do to get better?
If you're lost at 3, ask the coaches at Catalyst and regularly work on them, before or after class. ๐
