Mabel is no stranger to any. If you've worked out with her, she would be the first to fly across the studio to help you with your weights or spot you for your heavy lifts.
She's an embodiment of selflessness and it's easy to see why. Always the first one to give you a fist bump after the workouts as well!

For Skyakir, fitness was never just about looking better. It was about becoming a stronger version of himself, physically and mentally.
Like many, his journey has had its fair share of ups and downs. Multiple injuries, setbacks, and rebuilding taught him that real progress isnβt perfection. It's about showing up, and putting in the work. Especially when you're not motivated.
That mindset is what he hopes to share with every member he coaches. Whether youβre stepping into the gym for the first time or pushing towards your next goal, he wants you to feel supported, challenged and leave feeling accomplished. He understands that it can be intimidating but tries his best to create a comfortable environment for you to learn and train.
Outside of coaching, he enjoys sports, learning about training, rehabilitation, and always looking for ways to better help the community.
His mission is simple: Help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence that carries beyond the gym floor. Know that you're more capable than you think!
