You’ve learned the exercises. You’ve taught the movements. But when a client presents with pain, injury, or complex conditions, do you truly understand why you’re choosing what you’re prescribing?
For the first time in Singapore, internationally renowned movement educator Brian Richey presents two specialised continuing education workshops designed to deepen your clinical understanding, elevate your programming, and give you the confidence to work safely with complex conditions. With over 25 years of experience in post-rehabilitation and corrective exercise, Brian translates complex anatomy, kinesiology, and clinical reasoning into practical strategies you can immediately apply with your clients.

Low back pain and spinal dysfunction remain some of the most common challenges faced by clients—but effective outcomes depend on precise assessment and programming.
Workshop 2: Don’t Ignore Your Pelvic Floor
