Last week, our competitive gymnasts levelled up with an intensive Strength & Conditioning workshop led by Art De Strength! 🤸‍♀️💥

It was an incredible session, digging deep into sports science to build movement range, control, power, and endurance—all focused on sustainable, long-term athletic development.

At DREAMS, gymnastics isn’t just about collecting skills in the short term. It’s about building strong, well-rounded athletes who are equipped to perform at their highest level, safely and sustainably.

This collaboration is an exciting step forward for our competitive programme, and we remain dedicated to helping every gymnast reach her full potential.

"Is it too late?"
Here, let's address one of the queries we hear from Parents most often!

Short answer? NO.
There's no "perfect age" to begin. The best time is when your child is ready to learn, move, and have fun.

Children learn at different paces, and everyone progresses differently. Some build confidence quickly, while others simply need more time and encouragement, and that's perfectly okay.

Not every gymnast is ready for the training intensity of a competitive programme, and that’s perfectly okay.

Our RISE Programme is designed for gymnasts who want to learn and progress through a competitive syllabus while having FUN! 🤸‍♀️💙

With an exposure-based approach to skill development, while retaining our signature emphases on strength, technique and conditioning, RISE gymnasts are introduced to higher-level skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment, allowing them to build confidence and develop at their own pace.

From 3-7 June 2026, our ASPIRE Levels 4-6 gymnasts took part in the Singapore Open.

Through months of hardwork and dedication, they focused on refining their routines, improving skill ex*****on, and building confidence and consistency in their new upgrades. Their determination to learn, grow and perform at their best led to the following achievements.

Congratulations, girls! We are incredibly proud of your effort, progress, and accomplishments!
