We hear these comments all the time and you're right βπ»
It is not about making every session easy, but to train at an appropriate level that is:
β’ Challenging enough to stimulate change
β’ Manageable enough to recover from
β’ Sustainable enough to build over time
Every drill is chosen with intention β meeting you where you are always with the objective of moving you forward.

International Handstand Day is coming up on 25 June and weβd like to celebrate it by doing this π€Έπ»ββοΈ
From 15-25 June,
πΉ Post a video of a struggle youβre having with your handstand training.
π· Tag us! We will repost & reply with an insight or drill that might help.
π All participants will receive a 4-drill wrist training plan from us.
Why wrists?
Because your wrists do a significant amount of work every time youβre upside down, and most people donβt give them enough attention until the joints start complaining. Stronger & more resilient wrists are able to support more productive training and greater training volume over time.
We will do our best to view, repost, & respond to as many submissions as we can during the allocated period π
*Kindly note that because we need to be able to view & repost your video, this is open to public profiles only.
Happy International Handstand Day! π€Έπ»ββοΈ

Coaching, to us, is the ability to help someone grow.
To build capability, develop independence,
& create progress that is visible & lasting.
If someone trains for years but never becomes more capable or independent, what is the coaching producing?
Because good coaching is not cueing or giving instructions.
Good coaching should leave people better than before; good coaching should produce outcomes.
If nothing changes, what are we doing?
