When everyone talks about pulling higher but what about your false grip ability to press DOWN? ✊🏻

A stronger false grip makes it easier to stay in the chest-to-bar position, setting the foundation for a smooth muscle-up transition.

Most people see chest-to-bar pulls as the goal but we see it as a stepping stone. We develop different qualities that lead towards skill advancement.

Why wrists?

Because your wrists do a significant amount of work every time you’re upside down, and most people don’t give them enough attention until the joints start complaining. Stronger & more resilient wrists are able to support more productive training and greater training volume over time.

We will do our best to view, repost, & respond to as many submissions as we can during the allocated period 🌟

A part of our training method, our approach to false grip: fingerless first πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Our standard of training removes unnecessary crutches. Working on a fingerless grip isn’t for comfort - it's for capability.

We don’t train around limitations or hide behind weak links - we remove them by training through them. The less you rely on, the stronger you become.

If someone trains for years but never becomes more capable or independent, what is the coaching producing?
