We focus on motor skills, listening, discipline, and learning how to follow directions. This is where confidence starts early.

🥋 6:00 PM – Youth Class (Ages 6–12)
Whether your child wants to compete or just build confidence and self-esteem, this program helps them grow mentally and physically.

🥋 7:00 PM – Adult Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Learn real technique, build discipline, and sharpen your skills on the mat in a structured, high-level environment.

🥊 8:00 PM – MMA
Striking, grappling, conditioning — everything you need to become a well-rounded martial artist.

Kids Worlds Championships a Huge event two day event. And Conquer is bring home a champion in Gi so far No Gi Tomorrow.

Come join us tonight for sparring class! Kids and teens are welcome! Come join us and learn sparring fundamentals like footwork, bag work, combinations, and sparring!

I had another self-defense seminar today, and I absolutely love what I do for a living. It's rewarding to teach the next generation how to survive and be aware. Always pay attention to your surroundings and never think it can't happen to you. I truly believe the messages I delivered resonated with several participants. It's important to take life seriously; not everyone has the opportunity to attend a self-defense seminar. So, when you do, approach it with seriousness. If you take away just one thing from the seminar, that one thing could save your life. A big thank you to Upper Bound for choosing me as the instructor today!
