Premarital coaching: learning to dance can be a vulnerable space because you are learning something new that is out of your comfort zone and will soon be in the spotlight with lights, camera, action! The lessons are a form of premarital coaching because they test your teamwork, cooperation and unity. It’s our job to make the lessons easy and emotionally safe.
