I am excited to present at the 2026 Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (SYTAR), taking place June 11-13 in Costa Mesa, California!

This year’s conference features an expanded format that includes a full research track, creating a wonderful opportunity to explore both the practice and science of yoga therapy in one shared space.
