Compassionate Yoga for Seniors explores how we create spaces where people can move safely, build connection, and cultivate reverence for themselves and one another.
Through adaptive practices, chair yoga, and compassionate teaching principles, this weekend training offers practical tools for supporting the journey of aging with dignity and care.

Heather is stepping back from the Thursday 12:15pm Core Strength & Stability class, and we’re happy to share that Jonathan will be taking it over.
This gives students another weekly opportunity to practice with Jonathan and enjoy his thoughtful, steady, and supportive approach to strength-based movement.
You can still practice with Heather each week on Mondays at 5:30pm for Hatha Yoga and Tuesdays at 7:00pm for Candlelit Yin.
