Are you treating tightness like a stretching matter?

what if it isn’t one?

Because we see people do all the “right” things:
warm up more, stretch more, rest…

and still, they feel like one side just doesn’t fully show up in movement.

That gap between effort and result is usually where the real answer is hiding.

Not always strength.
Not always flexibility.

This gym owner kept hearing the same recovery advice from physios… until she realized no one was seeing the real problem 😩

What we’ve noticed the last 15 years working with active adults and athletes, is most won’t just ignore their pain because of carelessness…

But rather because they’re functional enough to keep going. 🏃‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️

Well… that’s where things get tricky.

In Dawn’s case, the issue wasn’t a lack of discipline or effort, but simply that she was only given band-aid “solutions”.

your body isn’t “recovering” just because you stopped training…

when you lift, run, or train hard
you’re creating ‘stress’:

muscles get tired
fluids slow down
your nervous system gets overloaded for a time

real recovery is your body:
→ clearing out what built up
→ restoring proper movement
→ getting muscles to actually fire the way they should again

that’s what makes you feel:
lighter
less sore
more “connected” in your workouts

So if you still think recovery = rest days
Then your body isn’t actually resetting…

You just come back the same (or sometimes worse)
