LETS WELCOME Joey Hahn TO THE RSA STAFF!!! HE WILL BE COACHING OUR COMPETITIVE HIP HOP TEAMS ALONGSIDE Kalyn Garcia. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE HIM JOINING OUR TEAM AND CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE OUR TEAMS AS THEY WORK TO MAINTAIN THEIR RANKINGS AS NUMBER ONE IN THE NATION!!!!

Joey Hahn is an accomplished choreographer, dance educator, performer, and music professional with more than 20 years of experience in the cheer and dance industry.

Joey began building his championship legacy as a member of the Navarro College Cheer Team, where he helped earn the 2004 NCA National Championship. He later continued his collegiate career with the Texas Tech Cheer Team from 2004–2007 while earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Sciences with a concentration in Communications.

Throughout his career, Joey has performed with elite organizations, including Alpha Cheer & Dance in 2009 and Jordan Johnson Productions in 2016. As a performer, he is a two-time Gold World Champion, showcasing his talent on some of the sport's biggest stages.

As a choreographer, Joey has earned national recognition for his creativity and technical excellence. His choreography has led teams to three Summit Dance Championships (2015, 2018, and 2019), along with numerous NDA and Power Dance National Championships. His work has also received multiple Technical Excellence and Choreography Awards from competitions across the country.

In addition to choreography, Joey is a professional music mixer, creating custom music that brings routines to life and complements his innovative choreography.

From 2016 to 2024, Joey owned and operated Independent Dance Company, where he mentored athletes, developed championship programs, and inspired dancers of all ages to reach their highest potential.

Today, Joey continues to share his passion for dance and cheer by teaching, choreographing, and developing athletes with the same dedication, creativity, and championship mindset that have defined his remarkable career.
