🏒 Thank You Hartland Huskies Black Family 🐺🖤

As we close an incredible chapter for the 2016 Hartland Huskies Black, we want to take a moment to reflect on what an unforgettable journey this season has been.

This group of boys battled, competed, and grew together all year long, finishing our time as HHC Black with an outstanding record of 54-19-3. Throughout the season the team competed in 9 tournaments, bringing home 5 Championships, highlighted by an unforgettable moment when the boys captured the International Silver Sticks Championship in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.

They also battled their way to a 2nd place finish in the State, something we could not be more proud of. The wins were special, but even more special was watching these young players develop their passion for the game, their friendships, and their love for being part of a team.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support system around them.

We want to extend a huge thank you to all of our sponsors, families, fans, and community members who supported these boys throughout the year. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in the team meant the world to us.

A very special thank you goes to the Hartland Ice House and Blake Pietila with ODR TRAINING, for their world-class hospitality, outstanding facilities, communication, and elite training opportunities. The environment they create for young athletes is second to none, and we highly recommend the Hartland Ice House and Blake for anyone looking to elevate their hockey training.

We would also like to give a special shoutout to Ed Johnson of Johnson Goaltending for the incredible work he has done with our goalies this season. Ed’s dedication, knowledge, and passion for developing young goaltenders made a tremendous impact on our team, and we are extremely grateful for the time and attention he gave our players.

To our parents — thank you for everything you do behind the scenes. The early mornings, late nights, endless driving, hotel weekends, cheering from the stands, team dinners, and yes… the mountains of hockey laundry. Your commitment and support allow these kids to chase their dreams and create memories that will last a lifetime.

To our coaches and managers — thank you for the countless hours you invested in this team. From practices and game plans to communication, organization, and mentorship, your dedication helped these boys grow not only as hockey players but as young men. The impact you have had on them both on and off the ice is something they will carry with them for years to come.

As we look ahead, this page will begin transitioning into the next chapter as the 2016 BIGGBY AAA program, and we are excited about what the future holds. While this marks the end of our time as Hartland Huskies Black, the memories, friendships, and experiences created this season will always remain a special part of our hockey journey.

To the 2016 Huskies Black players — thank you for an unforgettable season. Your effort, toughness, teamwork, and love for the game made this year something truly special.
