Jackie showed up to our free community Murph last year before we'd even officially opened and never looked back. Now she's competing in Hyrox races and saying "yes" to every adventure without hesitation. Always chasing the next thing to learn. Keep it up, Jackie. 💪

Started with a little encouragement from his fiancée and now he’s fully bought in. Sean works hard, cares about doing things right, and is always looking to improve his movement and technique. Add in being a genuinely fun person to have around and it's safe to say we’re glad he decided to give us a shot. 💪

Crazy good runner, successful business owner, and somehow still finding time to get her workouts in. When she’s not being a boss lady running her landscaping company, she’s in the gym bringing a little chaos (in the most lovable way possible). Kat keeps showing up, keeps moving, and reminds us you can do a lot of things well at the same time. 💪

She came in during Bring a Friend Week this winter and hasn’t looked back since. Olivia's all about getting better, refining technique, putting in the work, and has become a sneaky ninja at challenging movements like overhead squats and knees to elbows! Then she heads off to manage operations at one of the most photographed places in North America. Casual. 👊
