🏃‍♂️ NOW HIRING: SPORTS PERFORMANCE HEAD TRAINER | MARIETTA, GA

Athletic Republic Marietta is looking for an experienced, energetic Sports Performance Head Trainer to help launch and lead our new sports performance training center in Marietta.

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position and a unique opportunity to join us before we open and help build our training culture from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who can:

Coach speed, agility, strength, power and athletic development

Lead and develop other performance coaches

Conduct athlete assessments and track progress

Build strong relationships with athletes, parents and coaches

Work with youth through collegiate athletes and adult clients

Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field with 2+ years of sports performance/strength & conditioning experience. CSCS, NSCA, NASM-PES or similar certification is a plus.

📍 Marietta, GA – Cobb County, Ga
💼 Full-Time Leadership Position
💰 Salary: $44,000–$52,000 based on experience + performance incentive opportunity
📅 Target Start: November 2026

The selected candidate will receive extensive Athletic Republic training and certification and will play a major role in launching our new Marietta location.

The Ga. Bombers BYoung 14U is looking for a few highly competitive 2031 & 2032 athletes to complete our 2026/2027 roster.

Compete in PGF, Alliance, USSSA, and Showcase events against top competition.

📍 Distance is NOT an issue! We welcome dedicated athletes and committed families from across Georgia and beyond who are willing to travel for the right opportunity.

Ga. Bombers BYoung came up just short in the Gold Bracket Championship at the
Atlanta Fastpitch USSSA 12U Tournament, but what an incredible weekend for this team!

These young athletes battled through 6 games in just 12 hours under 90-degree heat and never stopped competing. The results speak for themselves:
🥎 4-2 record
🥎 45 runs scored
🥎 Only 14 runs allowed
🥎 Team batting average over .400
🥎 Just 2 errors committed in 6 games

Championships are great, but the growth, effort, and heart these girls showed are what make us proud.

Great job, Ga. Bombers BYoung! Keep working, keep believing, and keep competing. Now get ready for the USSSA Space Coast World Series.

🥎14U SOFTBALL TRYOUTS - HIGHLY-COMPETITIVE ATHLETES & FAMILIES WANTED!

GA Bombers BYoung 12U in Smyrna, Ga. (5 miles from the ATL Braves Stadium/The Battery)is moving to 14U, and looking for A-level, dedicated, competitive athletes for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 season.

All positions are being considered and travel is not an issue.

Our team will compete in:
• PGF
• USSSA
• USFA
• Alliance Fastpitch
📍 Regional travel schedule
☀️ End-of-season tournament in Florida

We are looking for families with athletes who are already investing in their game through private hitting, pitching, or catching coaches to complement and complete our roster.

If your athlete is experienced playing top tournaments, love the game, coachable, and understands the commitment it takes to compete at a high level — we want to meet her!

Ga. Bombers 12U BYoung is Moving to 14U!

The Ga. Bombers BYoung Fastpitch team, currently competing at the 12U level during the Spring 2026 season, will officially be moving up to 14U for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

We are looking to add a few dedicated 2031/2032 athletes to an already cohesive and competitive core group of players.

📍 Based out of the Smyrna/Marietta, GA area
📍 Practices held at Campbell High School Softball Complex

🥎 Our program is built around three key pillars:

We are a high-level, dedicated softball program competing in:
• USFA
• USSSA
• Top Flight

• PGF tournaments
