I am so excited to share this: the CHAIR DANCE classes I did last year were so much fun and really motivating that I am hosting another one! ❤️💋
This will be a Valentine’s theme with soundtrack provided by the Grammy Queen BEYONCÉ .
The event will be held in a beautiful new location bc they have become so popular that we outgrew the previous space.
I will cap the number of chairs sold so that everyone has room for full range of motion with their dance movement so please book your chair NOW before we sell out. It’s already half sold out. If you wait there is a strong chance it will be sold out.
Great for any fitness level, it is G-rated and appropriate for all ages and levels of coordination/rhythm.
