🌅✨ Topside beauty, Saint Lucia edition ✨🌅
Last week wasn’t just about the incredible diving—Saint Lucia spoiled us with vibrant sunsets, cozy beach evenings, and sweet treats that matched the island’s warmth. 🍰🌺

There are many high mountain lakes to dive in and great visibility. If you dive in water that is 300 to 3000 meters (1000 to 10000 feet) above sea level, this is called altitude diving. But there are things you should know about diving at a higher altitude in to remain safe. The SSI Altitude Diving course will teach you what you need to know about diving at higher altitudes

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers.
You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations.
