We have a new morning class starting Monday 9AM with Marie!

Zen Barre - a beautiful blend of yoga, barre & pilates. Includes low-impact, high repetition movements designed to sculpt muscles, improve flexibilty, while also focusing on breath work, stress reduction, & the mind-body connection. All levels welcome!

We’re pairing up with this summer to have a Fun Flow & Flights series. Our first one is Saturday June 27th 11-12am. Take a class with Erin at the North St location then stay for a flight tasting or pint!

The sun is out and we are moving Saturday morning’s class outside! Starting tomorrow 6/13 we will meet by the waterfront willow tree on Deauville. Sign up or show up! Pat what you can, bring a mat & a friend🌞

We are hosting a Summer Solstice Ceremony on June 25th from 6-7:30pm outside at our farm location! Greet the summer with Erin, Mary & Sandy through intention setting, slow flow sun salutations, singing bowls and reiki🌞✨
