🏊‍♂️ Youth Swim Team starts in just over two weeks
Our next session begins Saturday, Sept. 26, giving swimmers ages 6–16 a fun way to stay active, improve their strokes and build confidence in the water.

Over seven weeks, swimmers will work on endurance and all four competitive strokes with support from our coaches, plus optional friendly meets along the way.

Today is Stand Up to Cancer Day.

Today, we stand together in hope, honor those we’ve lost and support the warriors still fighting.

At the Y, we’re proud to support adults affected by cancer through LIVESTRONG at the YMCA. This 12-week program provides a safe, supportive space to rebuild strength, connect with others and focus on the whole person - not the disease.

Through exercise, wellness education, stress reduction and community, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA helps participants build healthy habits and find encouragement along the way.

We’re so excited that our new Early Learning toddler classroom officially opened last week🎉

Lynne Villars likes to hang around after her workouts and work on the puzzles in our atrium. Today, she finished this one in just 20 minutes.

🔎 Got a kid who loves solving puzzles and figuring out how things work?
Discovery Club starts Sept. 10 at the Y. Kids ages 8–12 will get hands-on with forensic science, collecting evidence, identifying fibers, cracking codes and working together to solve a mystery.
