Anthony absolutely loves going to his gym! 💪🏼💙 He works out three times a week at Open Arms Gym, a wonderful place designed especially for children and adults with special needs.
It gives him the opportunity to become stronger, stay active, build confidence, and work toward greater independence—all in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. I’m so grateful for the coaches who encourage him, celebrate every accomplishment, and help him feel successful. Seeing Anthony happy and excited to exercise makes my heart so full! 🥹💙♾️
